SUMMARY:President of Namibia visited Black Tulip farms in Kenya.
DESCRIPTION:A moment of happiness for Black Tulip Flowers etched in for ever in the sands of time in golden letters. \nSuch was the day when His Excellency Hage Geingob\, President of Namibia and his delegation paid a visit to The Black Tulip farms in Nairobi on 19th of October\, 2018. The evening when H.E. Geingob along with first lady Monica Geingos and official delegation visited the farm\, as a part of a three day state visit in Kenya. They visited the farms after the inaugural meeting of the Joint Cooperation Commission between Kenya and Namibia\, en-route to Geneva for the UN Conference to start on Monday. We would forever\, consider it an honor and an understanding of our growth in the long run from what we were to what we are today. His Excellency and his delegation spent time at the farms and were given a tour around the farm by Black Tulip Officials. \nAlthough tulips are a perennial from a botanical perspective\, many centuries of hybridizing means that the bulb’s ability to come back year after year has weakened. Therefore\, many gardeners treat them as annuals\, planting new bulbs every autumn. The North American climate and soil can’t replicate the ancient Anatolian and southern Russian conditions of their birth. Gardeners in our western mountain regions come closest to this climate.
